The Zenith El Primero Defy Skyline is the newest member of the Defy collection replacing the Defy Classic.
This new design has been crafted in stainless steel with a case measuring 41 mm in DIA by 11.7 mm in thickness and 46.2 mm when measure from lug to lug.
The Defy Skyline has a more edgy design which includes an octagonal shaped case and faceted bezel. Under the sapphire crystal is an all new dial design that features a black toned Sunray finish with a pattern design made up of the vintage Zenith star. This 4 sided star motif is engraved to the dial and it looks fantastic! The Defy Skyline is also available with a silver dial and a blue dial.
Another major design improvement over the Defy Classic, is the straps attachment, which now has a quick release button under the lugs. Now you can change the straps in seconds without the need of any tools! The timepiece comes with a stainless steel bracelet and one rubber strap.
But the most impressive part of the Defy Skyline is under the hood! This new Defy uses an El Primero movement which features the world’s first 1/10th of a second indicator. This is caliber 3620, which is an El Primero 3600 without the chronograph module.
This automatic high frequency movement is composed of 228 components and works at 5 hertz using 26 jewels. This caliber also have hacking seconds for the 1/10 small seconds indicator, bidirectional winding, 60 hours of power reserve and 100 meters of water resistant.
